  • Paul Miller

    Managing Director

    Paul is our Managing Director who has been here since the beginning of time. His favourite part of the role is meeting our clients – helping ordinary people to achieve extraordinary things in business.

    Paul is a firm believer of focusing on what you ‘enjoy’ doing as you’ll be great at it. Paul’s new found hobby is bodyboarding – you will find him on the crest of the wave, hopefully.

  • Ant Miller

    Director

    Ant enjoys nothing more than helping local businesses to thrive and prosper, taking care of the numbers so clients can do what they do best – running their business. He manages everything from the preparation of financial statements and management accounts to Xero training and even our social media campaigns. In his free time, Ant enjoys sea fishing (albeit badly) and taking his Labrador and Springer Spaniel on long country walks in a futile effort to tire them out.

  • Rose Miller

    CAS Bookkeeper & Administrator

    As well as helping with reception, Rose is the bookkeeper for Cornish Accounting Solutions. Following our shared passion for cloud-based accounting solutions, Rose is delighted to be using Xero and Receipt Bank to help save time in keeping the CAS books in order. When she’s not in the office, Rose has the sometimes tiring but fun role of looking after her five grandchildren.

  • Sophie Clarke (ne Miller)

    Receptionist

    Upon leaving school Sophie gained a Diploma in Childcare & education & went to work on cruise ships as a children’s host visiting the Mediterranean, Red Sea & the Caribbean. To become more grounded and concentrate on providing high quality customer service, Sophie has joined Cornish Accounting Solutions, and has been with us since March 2017.

  • Fredie Mortejo

    Senior Client Manager

    Studied BS Accountancy in Bataan Peninsula State University and graduated in March 2001. Was a chapter president for an organisation of accountancy students (JPIA). Passed the CPA board examination in Oct 2001

    First job was a college instructor in the Bataan Peninsula State University (8 years) teaching Advanced accounting, Philippine income and business taxation, and Management accounting services.

  • Emma Pooley

    Client Manager

    Emma joined the Cornish Accounting team in April 2014. Since starting, Emma looks after clients’ all-important bookkeeping, VAT returns and annual accounts. When not in the office, Emma can be found in the great outdoors, whether it’s running, cycling or walking her beloved dog. When the weather’s not too great, Emma enjoys nothing better than a great meal out with friends.

  • Will Milliner

    Client Manager

    Will joined the Cornish Accounting team in July 2020 having 2 years experience in accounts. Since starting at CAS, Will looks after a variety of clients bookkeeping, VAT returns and annual accounts. When not at work, Will enjoys meeting with friends to watch the football.

  • Kaye Bacani

    Bookkeeping Specialist

    I am a Certified Public Accountant equipped with more than five years of extensive experience in financial and management accounting. I am familiar with different accounting processes and reports using various software including Xero. Knowledgeable with bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT return and preparation of financial statements and I do believe that there is so much more to learn in accounting.

    Outside of work, I love going to the beach to camp and swim with friends. I am always excited to travel, my dream destination is to visit Japan.

  • Arbyn Gregor P. Velasco

    Bookkeeping Specialist

    With over 12 years of experience as a seasoned accountant, I have a background in a reputable shipping company specialising in logistics, brokerage, shipping agency services, and other vessel-related needs. Additionally, I have nearly 5 years of experience as a UK accountant, handling tasks such as bookkeeping, VAT return preparation, CIS reconciliation, payroll management, and year-end accounts preparation. I am deeply enthusiastic about acquiring new knowledge that enhances my efficiency, productivity, and reliability.

  • Chiara Naynes

    Bookkeeping Specialist

    Chiara joined the Cornish Accounting team in September 2019. Chiara started as a bookkeeper and now prepares annual accounts and tax returns. Chiara also looks after the clients' records and filings with Companies House. When not at work, Chiara loves spending time with her cats and enjoys going out of town with friends and family.

  • Julie Brooks

    Administration Assistant

    Julie has been a dedicated member of our team for over two decades, forming personal connections with numerous clients along the way.

    She and Paul frequently indulge in nostalgic conversations about the past, much to the dismay of younger colleagues. Julie plays a pivotal role in office operations, effortlessly locating items that others struggle to find—an invaluable asset.

    Her resourcefulness is reminiscent of the famous BT advert slogan, "It's good to talk." Beyond work, Julie dedicates her time to volunteering at the local Memory Café and Women's Institute, showcasing her commitment to community involvement.
